About home visits

For home visits, in addition to the regular treatment fee, we charge a "travel time fee" based on the travel time, and the actual "transportation cost (round trip)".

The travel time fee is based on the time the therapist needs to travel to you: ¥1,250 for every 30 minutes one way (25% of the 60-min massage fee of ¥5,000), charged for the round trip.

Home visits are basically for places within 90 minutes one way, with a treatment time of 60 minutes or more.
★ The therapist does not have a car, so a treatment bed cannot be brought. The treatment will be done using a mat, bed, towels, etc. at your home.
Menus that use oil (reflexology) are not available for home visits.
After sending, your booking will be provisional. After checking the travel time, we will email you the fee breakdown and confirm the booking.

Companion

Bookings with a companion are confirmed once the therapist has checked and approved them.
After sending, your booking will be provisional, and we will send you a confirmation email.
Up to one companion (two people in total).
Your companion also receives a treatment
(please do not use this just to accompany someone or to meet up).
As there is only one therapist, the two of you will be treated one after the other.
Example order: you → changeover (15 min) → your companion
While one person is being treated, the other can wait inside the salon.
We do not accept bookings for two men.

Our booking policy

The Tokyo store is open only for limited periods.
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please let us know as early as possible,
so that we may be able to offer the time to another guest.
If you cancel without letting us know,
a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment fee will be charged.
If you arrive late, the treatment time may be shortened
depending on the bookings that follow.
In that case, the regular treatment fee will still apply.
